OIL SAFE® are colour coded lubricant containers used to top-up machines. They may be used to store lubricants too. The containers are individually labeled and closed to prevent contaminants from entering the lubricants, and is very effective as part of a larger contamination control strategy. By organizing and promoting optimal methods to handle lubricants, OilSafe protects lubricants from contamination due to carelessness (topping up machines with the wrong lubricant, spilling lubricants) and operational practices (using ad hoc containers to store and transport lubricants).

Made of high density polyethylene, OIL SAFE® can withstand an operational temperature of 40 degrees centigrade to 80 degrees centigrade. Robustly constructed, it is also chemically resistant, and is coated with anti-static agents and UV radiation stabilizers. Coming in 5 different sizes (1.5L to 10L), OIL SAFE® comes with different spout lengths and nozzle sizes, and has a pump and hook variation too. A push button to introduce air when the flow rate is slow also exists. These different designs cater to the different plant operating conditions, where top-up ports come in different sizes and in hard to reach places. The see through drum also comes with graduated markings, and all the drums’ lids are interchangeable due to the same thread size. O-Rings ensure that the containers are always leak-proof, even if dropped from a height.
