OilSafe drums and lids are specifically designed with lube handling compatibility in mind. It is the safe, easy, and clean way to work with your lubricants. Avoid spillage, contamination, and errors when lubricating your components.  

Available in 10 colours so that lubricant grades can be colour-coded with Oil Safe® Lids.  The 4 colours* marked with asterisk are only available on request.  Content Labels in matching colour are also available for identification text/marking of lube types and grades.

OilSafe® Lids

Oil Safe® Lids are fully interchangeable with each Oil Safe® Drum size.  Simply choose the most suitable Oil safe® Lid for your particular lubrication job. 

Material:                 High Density Polyethelene (HDPE) with anti-static                                    agent and UV radiation stabilizers.

Seal:                       Nitrile O-Ring (Buna N)

Service Temp:      -40°C to 80°C. 

Notes:                    Not suitable for use with fuels or solvents.

OilSafe® Drums

Oil Safe® Drums are available in 5 sizes with same extra-wide threadable neck opening that can be matched with any of the special purpose Oil Safe® Lids.

Ext hose

OilSafe® Extension Hoses

Flexible extension hoses attach easily to Oil Safe® Stretch-Spout Lid or Stumpy-Spout Lid to tackle those awkward or hard-to-reach areas.

 OilSafe Pump Oil Safe® Pump

This down-stroke discharge pump delivers 1 litre for approximately 14 strokes.  Supplied with outlet hose and anti-drip nozzle.  Designed for use with Oil Safe® Utility Lid and a 3L,  5L, or 10L Oil Safe® Drum.

Service Temp:      -40°C to 80°C.
